What you need:
1 serving canned tuna in water
¼ cup egg substitute or 1 egg
What you do:
Mix drained tuna and egg in a large bowel. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into nonstick pan and cook like scrambled eggs. Serve in a bowel hot by itself, or put on bread with mayo and eat as a foldover.
