Whole wheat thin round Mayonaise with olive oil 98% fat free turkey breast Slim cut mozzarella slices What you do: Put mayonnaise on inside of bread. Put 2 servings of turkey and 3 slices of cheese between the bread. Makes: 1 serving

What you need:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 can no fat refried beans 10 flour tortillas (2 per serving) Shredded cheddar cheese Light sour cream What you do: Cut chicken breast into small chunks or strips. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in nonstick pan and cook on medium to high heat until done. Remove from heat. Open can of refried beans, pour into cast iron skillet and cook on very low heat until bubbles come from the top. Cook tortillas in clean cast iron skillet on medium heat one at a time until patches of light brown appear on each side. Makes: 5 servings What you need:
1 serving canned tuna in water ¼ cup egg substitute or 1 egg What you do: Mix drained tuna and egg in a large bowel. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into nonstick pan and cook like scrambled eggs. Serve in a bowel hot by itself, or put on bread with mayo and eat as a foldover. Makes: 1 serving |
